The numbers restrictions will allow you to set your agents to have access only to their numbers. So once you assign an agent to the number they will only be able to see and use that one number.
1. Go to the phone numbers menu and click on the edit box for any of your available phone numbers.
2. Click the edit box on any of your available phone numbers.
3. Once you open the configuration click on agents restrictions.
As it can be seen. This feature will allow you to restrict an agent or a group of agents to view SMS conversations and make outbound calls using only the assigned number and other numbers on which this setting is active.
