When you enable call forwarding and a phone call is received in one of your phone numbers, you can configure Toky to show caller's number in your phone, instead of your business number. To do this you must do as follow:

Go to your Phone numbers section

Select one phone number and click on the edit icon

In the General tab check the option On forwarded calls, show original caller's number

Click on Save Changes
