To start receiving faxes in your email, you must define an option in your IVR using these steps:

Go to your IVR section.

Select the IVR with the phone numbers you want to enable to receive faxes and click on Edit

Add the option with the number for your customers to use to send a fax and select the action Receive fax and notify

Toky will ask the emails where it will send fax notifications; enter the emails and click on Close

You can always check and change the emails to send faxes to by clicking on Manage emails

Click on Save changes
