There are some items that can be checked in order to confirm if inconveniences with the quality of calls could possibly be caused by your connection. Having good internet does not necessarily mean the connection will be perfect. Here, we offer customers a guide and some advice to optimize this:
1. Run this test. We explain more about the test here.
Run the test on your device and send us the results so we can optimize our servers, to which Toky agents are being connected.
2. Run this test and send us the URL for the results.

This will give us a better idea of the real connection customers have from their own internet provider.
3. Terminal tests
Mac
Go to Spotlight Search by pressing command + space key.

Search for Terminal. Open it and enter the following commands.
netstat -nr | grep default
After entering this command, you will get results with an IP. Please copy the ID with the default destination for the gateway.

Then enter the following command with the IP number you got.
ping 192.168.0.1

Windows
When using Windows, you need to enter the following commands. Open the terminal by searching cmd in the system searching bar.

Enter the first command.
ipconfig
After you receive the IP. Enter the following command.
ping IP from default gateway -t
Let it run for a couple of minutes and it will then send the results. This will give us an idea of how well your connection is working. This is so we can give our customers better advice on how to use Toky and its optimizations, working from our end.
