When you make or receive calls using Toky, and you notice people cannot hear you, but you can hear them, it is usually an indication of a misconfigured microphone.
Before you follow the configuration tutorials, please make sure that:
Your microphone is not manually muted (using the on/off switch), and
Your microphone is not muted at the Operating System level (muted in Sound Settings of Mac/Windows).
